The Victory Day Foundation operates the His Glory Records mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

• Usage Data: Non-personal analytics about app usage (e.g., screens visited, playback events).
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, and network type.
• Optional Data: If you choose to enable voice commands, short audio snippets are sent to our TTS/voice processing backend for transcription and processing. Audio is processed only to fulfill the requested voice command and is not stored long-term unless you explicitly opt in.
• No Personal Data by Default: We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal identifiers (name, email) unless you voluntarily provide them (for support or donations).

How We Use Information

• Provide and improve the App and its features.
• Stream and coordinate music playback.
• Process optional voice commands.
• Diagnose and fix technical issues.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We may share aggregated, non-identifying analytics with service providers.
• If you submit content or feedback, we may use it to improve the App.

Security

• Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS.
• We follow reasonable security practices to protect data.

Your Choices

• You may disable optional voice features in Settings.
• You may delete any account or data you provide by contacting support.
