- Every musical composition, recording, lyric, arrangement, and cover artwork available through His Glory Records (the “Works”) is an original, AI-assisted creation owned exclusively by His Glory Records.
- The Works are protected by United States and international copyright law, including the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.) and the Berne Convention. No Work has been dedicated to the public domain.
- “His Glory Records,” the His Glory cross-and-note mark, and the related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks or service marks of His Glory Records. They may not be used, copied, or imitated without prior written consent.
- Unauthorized reproduction, public performance, distribution, or derivative use of any Work or mark is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of both civil and criminal law.
Anti-Piracy Warning
Stealing our music is against the law — and against the Word.
- Downloading, screen-recording, ripping, re-uploading, redistributing, or sharing any track outside of this App is unauthorized and unlawful.
- Each track is made available for personal, devotional listening by active subscribers only. Off-platform copying, resale, or streaming on third-party services (YouTube, Spotify, TikTok, SoundCloud, file-sharing sites, etc.) without a license is strictly prohibited.
- Violators may be subject to statutory damages of up to $150,000 per Work under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2), injunctive relief, and referral to the appropriate authorities, where applicable.
- We actively monitor for infringing use across public platforms and pursue takedowns and legal remedies as warranted.

Music Rights & Licensing
The Works on His Glory Records are owned and administered by His Glory Records. Personal subscription grants a limited, non-transferable license for private devotional listening — it does not convey any performance, synchronization, or reproduction rights.
We are honored to support ministry. Churches, Christian choirs, worship teams, and faith-based organizations may request a license for the following uses:
- Corporate Worship License — live performance of a Work during congregational services, prayer gatherings, or small-group ministry.
- Choir & Ensemble License — arrangement and performance of a Work by a church choir, worship team, or vocal ensemble.
- Media & Streaming License — use of a Work in livestream or recorded worship services, church broadcasts, or ministry video content.
- Reproduction License — printing of lyrics or creation of lyric slides for congregational singing.
Licensing is granted on a per-Work or annual blanket basis and is subject to the terms of a written agreement. Royalties, where applicable, directly support the ongoing creation of new devotional music.
