Use of the App

• The App provides music playback, playlists, and an in-app assistant named Gloria to help navigate and coordinate music.
• You agree to use the App lawfully and not to misuse features.

Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and code in the App are owned by The Victory Day Foundation or licensed to it.

Privacy and Data

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is." The Victory Day Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

• We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
